Grandma Flo's Triple Cranberry Mold

INGREDIENTS

6 oz cranberry gelatin
3 cups water (boiling)
1 cup cranberry juice
6 oz cream cheese (softened)
8 oz whipped topping (frozen)
1 cup cranberries
1 cup celery (chopped)
1 cup walnuts (chopped)

PREPARATION


In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cranberry juice. Place in refrigerator until slightly thickened, 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add whipped topping until blended. Fold into gelatin mixture, and then fold in walnuts, celery and cranberries.

COOKING


Pour into a 3qt. ring mold, coated with nonstick cooking spray. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hrs. Unmold onto a serving plate.
